Yea, self-esteem is the key factor. If we have self-esteem, we feel like we have the right to be ourself, and feel good about being ourself. I think any self-growth tips or programs generally will help with self-esteem. And as you go you can create your own program. Even just starting with a Ted Talk on powerful body language is helpful. Then watching some videos on speaking with a powerful voice. Then watching videos on confident/business-casual clothing. And then picking out a hairstyle you think is clean-cut, and going to the hair stylist and getting it. Or going to the gym and working out. Then you’ll be speaking with your actions, which goes hand and hand with speaking with our voice. The possibilities are endless when it comes to creating our own self-growth program. It takes creativity though sometimes🙂.
