Sure. I don't know how much his case would apply to you, but he was a young kid in elementary school and was bullied a lot, which gave him extra motivation to work on his speech. His school had a speech therapist who gave him speaking exercises and such. I'm not sure about the specific of those exercises, but I'm guessing it's something you would have if you saw a speech therapist nowadays. He practiced religiously and saw improvements over time. His therapist also told him to sing in the shower a lot which he tried. He said that one also helped him noticeably.
