I recently started going to ToastMasters. It’s a club to practice leadership and general public speaking skill. Really nice. You’re never forced to speak it’s all voluntary. You can take part in an icebreaker they have at the beginning of meetings, which is when you practice introducing yourself. Or join in on table topics they have in the middle. Honestly it’s helped me a good amount
