Thanks :) Part of my job is recording voice overs and I started by repeating each individual line over and over until it was stutter-free. Sometimes if I just couldn't do it, I would edit to make it sound better. Over time, this helped me get the muscle memory down so my stutter is mild-moderate now. I still need to do my daily exercises and read a page or two so my speech is ready for the day! It's all about muscle memory for me. When I do public soeaking, I use a teleprompter or slide notes in PowerPoint and I practice a lot beforehand.
