My advice is to try to find a job where there will be talking but it will not be the main thing your work depends on. I started working as an analyst. TBH I just knew good Excel and to work with numbers. I think that definitely helped me during my interview. I knew I would struggle with words but also that I could show my great Excel proficiency. I think this helped me to be more confident. So in the end I have aced the Excel part and did not do too bad at talking and they were very happy. Although I struggled during the job with talking, my Excel spoke for me and my colleagues liked my work. One more advice. Although you might feel like only extroverts and people who love talking and social interaction are wanted in jobs it is not actually true. In both Hasbro and Philip Morris, interviewers told me that it was super great that I am an introvert and it was my advantage. So keep trying and be yourself sometimes it will harm you but sometimes it will be what might help you/ will get you hired.
