So here is my answer Zoey!! How do you get rid of the fear when your mind is full of stuttering and dis-fluent memories ?? You don’t have any fluent memory to cling on to so obviously your fears are going to get worse the more you allow yourself to stutter. Instead you should not allow yourself to stutter, if you feel a block coming up you can write it down to express what you wanna say so this eliminates a bad stutter memory from occurring or you could use any other tricks to avoid stuttering, I mean which ever works for you !! So when you stutter less you will automatically feel that you are also fearing less because you are in control of your stutter.
