Consider that even people who _don't_ stutter don't always sound "perfect". Speaking is always an effort in that regard. It's just often moreso for us. But that doesn't mean we can't deliver something that makes every bit as much sense as what other people deliver. - >I'll always feel like people are being sympathetic towards me like I'm some retarded animal. People can be sympathetic because they're just nice people. It doesn't necessarily mean they think less of you. Is this topic something you discuss with other people (around you)? Like, what if you're making stuff up that's not there?
