I'm 41 and and healthcare IT contractor, which means typically interviews somewhere 1-2 times a year/travel/meeting new clients. I still stutter but, like most, not quite as bad as it was in my teens/20s. I've never actually brought up my stuttering in a job interview but don't hide it at all. I let prospective employers find out about it through interview/phone screen, etc. I don't think you can really go wrong either way...and it may be different depending on your personality.
