Are there any apps where I can practice speaking to people with a stutter or something?

Are there any apps where I can practice speaking to people with a stutter or something? I’m at the point to where reading on my own does not help and I was wondering if there was an app where people will just let you read to them or something. I know this is a stupid question. Or maybe anyone here would just like to practice speaking with me online? Thanks guys.
