Life long stutterer here. My advice is to keep in mind what people actually care about. What people care about is not how much you stutter or are “fluent” but rather how confidently you communicate and what you say. As you said yourself: you are a great speaker. You speak confidently, and people can always understand what you’re saying. So why care if sometimes you take longer to say some words? Everyone, even very good public speakers, sometimes experience disfluencies. The condition of stuttering is really just an extreme sensitivity to and learned avoidance of these disfluencies. So, don’t worry too much, and keep communicating and being yourself!
