Introductions are so hard

Introductions are so hard I started a new internship and we’ve had to do a few self introductions through teams. It has been very hard. Out of the 3 so far, I’ve come up with a few different reasons as to why I couldn’t make it onto the call. It is affecting how I come across to others and it just isn’t fair because I would never want to come across this way. Does anyone else struggle with the “let’s go around the room and introduce ourselves”?
