Your understanding of “stuttering” is vastly different from mine. If your stutter is noticeable in any way, *they will know*. Additionally, if your stutter is covert and manifests as confusing pauses, word switching, odd motor movements, the disclosure will explain that. Otherwise, the interviewers will perceive those behaviors as confusion, extreme anxiety, and being unsure of your abilities. I suppose if your job entails very limited verbal interaction, leave it out. But many jobs involve talking, a lot, and *specify this in their most of required skills*.
