Very possible! Time to start working on accepting that you have a stutter and free yourself from all the self abuse it can cause. Sure, finding ways to speak fluently is great, but you will very likely never completely escape it. Just remember that a stutter only means you can't verbally communicate as easily as the average person and that's it. You're not made less intelligent, less funny or less kind by your stutter. Don't tolerate people who belittle you for something as superficial as a stutter. You're worth more than that.
