I have a moderate to severe stutter and I actually work for a software startup doing sales. I make 50+ cold calls a day and believe it or not but this has helped me get become more confident and comfortable with my speech. Other than sales I also ran my own business from ages 19-23 and did $2.5M in revenue. I’ve worked with many people from all different levels at companies and I’ve never had anybody comment on it. It’s never held me back from getting a job or anything.
