I can relate to everything you said totally. I've also been described as too sensitive throughout my childhood. It was only on this sub that I read about the concept of HSP, highly sensitive person. I found a lot of those traits also coincided with what i had felt my whole life too, and there is a high correlation between HS people who also stutter. There is some disagreement I believe in the psychology community about HSP being a legit thing. But I've experienced many of the HSP traits listed such as noise and light sensitivity, heightened emotional intelligence, and being very empathetic to the point of almost "feeling" others' emotions. There's gotta be something to it.
