You are stronger than you know. The things that you are enduring right now are adding to your fear and depression. Stuttering is very dependent on anxiety and depression. If you can't situationally help your stuttering right now, do anything that would self-treat your depression and anxiety. I've used mild exercise, walking, 77f, mindfulness, listening to calming music, pets, and seeking support from understanding friends. Everyone has his own way of reducing stress. Look for yours. It will help your stuttering and anxiety and depression. You can do this.
