The [Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/DSM-5). Its used by psychologists to classify and diagnose disorders. Stuttering has been in it the last two editions, though I’d argue that it shouldn’t be, given both what we know about the disorder and how it’s worded in the DSM.
