i believe emotional states can definitely be related to your current fluency level. i know a person that would stutter a lot more when they were stressed, and would stutter less when they weren’t. i’m so sorry that you’re going through this and i hope things get better for you. this isn’t professional advice, but maybe you can find someone credible to talk to. a stranger like a school counselor or someone else who won’t share your story with others or judge you might be easier to talk to. there’s also a site called 7 Cups where you can talk to someone qualified virtually for free and get emotional help. i hope this helped.
