I take Vyvanse for my ADHD and it does help significantly with my stutter. I have a mild stutter to begin with and with Vyvanse it's almost completely gone. And it's definitely not a placebo, at least for me. Been taking it for 2 years now and it's been consistently effective (for my ADHD and my stutter).
