Somebody asked me if I do drugs.

Somebody asked me if I do drugs. I stutter a lot in my english class (I'm in high school) and some guy in my class asks me if I do drugs. I couldn't tell if he was insulting me or what, He asked why I stutter so much, and I said I don't do drugs and stuttering is in my family history. do people really think im on drugs?
