Honestly it’s not a big deal, my best friend for over 20 years has heard huge blocks from me. I’ve asked her like hey do you notice I stutter and what do you think about it ? She tells me it’s just how I talk she doesn’t think about it anymore, it’s like someone having an accent or a specific cadence. One time she triggered me though, she called me to warn of a check stop and I’m like okkk I’m not drinking lol and she’s like ya but I don’t want you to stutter and have them thinking you’re on something. What made me mad was the implication I sound like I’m on drugs or something when I stutter which sucks if that’s what ppl think sometimes :(
