'Is there like anything that i can do at that moment to not let it happen or reduce it?" This is a difficult question to answer because of how detailed modalities are. So my best answer would be: find a modality that fits your stutter situation/disorder the way you experience it (not how others experience it). So do a free course about any of these modalities: 1. Exposure Response Prevention 2. Mindfulness 3. Zen 4. Inference-based CBT or appraisal CBT 5. Narrative 6. (EMDR maybe?) 7. Psycho dynamic 8. DBT 9. ACT 10. Psycho analytic
