Sometimes I wake up and my brain goes “Get ready to stutter all day!” Typically I stutter 2-3 times a day, it doesn’t bother me. I usually self correct by placing my left hand over my mouth for a second (I don’t know why this works) and continue talking. But some days when I woke up, I feel my brain shift a little and I know I’m going to stutter all day. I don’t feel like it has ever had anything to do with being nervous. No one really makes me nervous (honestly). The mental shift just happens. Does this happen to anyone else? Maybe it’s diet related (I eat like garbage but lift weights and run occasionally). Obviously from the responses below, r/gatekeeping is smeared on this sub. (Disregard, it was just a few people being late night jerks).
