Just live with it. We all have flaws. I used to stammer which I somehow won over. But I ALSO have a RARE orthopaedic condition in both my hands due to which I'm pretty much a normal looking disabled person. And this is something I'm going to live with for life. I can't receive pennies properly, can't play any sport that involves hands, do awkward handshakes, won't be able to hold my baby properly in future. But guess what? I've learned to live with it to an extent that it doesn't bother me anymore. At times it does when I'm among new people and I feel they'll find out and then the conversation is going to be all about my condition and feeling sorry about me. But even that doesn't stop me from connecting with people. People who make fun of my condition, I feel sorry for them for the fact that they haven't grown up. Just live it mate. Take your time. Let the listeners stand and wait till you say what you want to say. Treat the world like your fuckin circus and you hold the whip.
