Yea we have some good answers here. But overall just desensitizing myself to my stutter was extremely hard and I felt like I could only do it when I had short burst of motivation and then I would dip and take no action. Staying consistent is the #1 thing to change your mindset/way of speaking. If you are aware enough, you can observe what you are actually afraid of (it's not stuttering). It's certain fears.. Fear of being judged Fear of being rejected Fear of not being loveable Etc. I did a bunch of inner work to find what fears the stutter was amplifying.
