We all have these days. We all know that awful feeling of embarrassment that only other people who stutter will understand. I've been taught in therapy in the past to release all air when you start blocking ,take in deep breath and start over. When I remember to do this it usually works. But in high stress situations, like a presentation, I often forget and continue struggling through the words. Hope this helps and try not to get too down on yourself!
