If you don’t disclose at the beginning, but start obviously blocking, do you disclose then? I feel like sometimes people don’t understand what’s going on and give weird looks. That’s why I’ve started doing this. I’ll make sure to narrate as I code in technicals. Unfortunately I haven’t had the opportunity yet. I never make it past the first round. I have an interview Tuesday with a local company though. Feeling hopeful.
