Can a stutter make people go insane?

Can a stutter make people go insane? Do you believe a stutter can make people go insane? I have heard of people shooting people because of their frustration, it’s so sad actually. I can’t condone this in any way of course. But I do get their frustration inside. Do you think that a stutter, especially a severe stutter, can make people go crazy?
