For those who are quiet- do you ever wonder if it's your "true" self or if it's a result of stuttering? Everyday I wonder if I'm truly quiet or if I became this way due to my stutter. I also wonder if my introversion/losing energy around others stems from having to deal with the constant stress of not being able to communicate fluently. I really hope this is not the case; I would hate for this impediment to have hindered me from being myself. At the same time, I know logically that I'd be at least a \*little\* different if I didn't stutter. What about you?
