I would there's a difference of experiences in terms of what the struggles are for each, but since severe and more mild stutterers have a lot of the same feelings I don't know how different it is in the end. I know for myself, there is a major difference between when i'm having a severe time and a mild time. The difference between trying to enjoy conversation and trying to get sounds out of my mouth is huge.
