English is also my second language, french being my native one. My stuttering was far worst in English at first but over time decreased significantly. The only solution here is to practice imo. I found some gaming buddies on the internet and we chat over disord while playing. It was a struggle at first but with enough practice my brain learned the classical avoidance techniques in English too.
