Did the fluentspeech.com course (twice). Drove out to Norfolk Virginia for a week. Was something like 20% fluid before the class and 95% fluent after. Changed my life. Didnt do any of the "upkeep", fell back into stuttering. Went back 2 years later and took the refresher course. That was almost 10 years ago. My guess is that I'm like 85-90% fluent now. Still stutter but nothing like before.
