I'd rather repeat than have blocks

I'd rather repeat than have blocks It's way more awkward when I randomly stop talking and just stare at the person, waiting for some miracle to happen. It's a dreadful void. Sometimes I just give up, the convo ends abruptly, and the person and I have a awkward laugh. At least if I repeat, I feel embarrassed but the conversation goes on. For the record, I do both, but I block more.
