Yes! I actually have been seeing a speech therapist for most of my life, on and off. (Started going again about a year ago). The speech therapy helps, of course. Anyway, after finding my current psychologist I feel somewhat more confident and less depressed about my stutter. It's a journey, but I'm happy that I can accept it rather than feel shame. I just wish doctors, and I guess people in general, would be more informed on stutter
