Is your significant other supportive of your stutter?

Is your significant other supportive of your stutter? I was pretty upset when my significant other refused to ask for a specific item as I have a very difficult time saying that particular word; therefore, I asked for her help. She said, well, you are saying that word to me without any problem, I don't see what the issue is... All of you in this forum would certainly understand that is not how it works... Are you lucky enough to have found someone who is supportive and understands what you go through?
