That is awesome! I’ve only met a few other people who stutter irl and it was from attending a NSA meeting at my local chapter, but in my previous job there was a deaf guy (a few years older than me) and a few years ago my stutter made me want to start taking a few mini ASL lessons to learn sign, and I had a similar experience to you when we both kinda realized we both knew sign (I am not very fluent) and had this cool moment of talking about stutterers and deaf/hoh people! So cool to form those bridges!
