Thank you. I know therapy is still taboo for a lot of us. It helped me to think of it as talking to a smart friend I never had :D. Basically my doctor told me ways to deal with by negative emotions when I get them. Sometimes if it all gets too much, I just disappear somewhere and write a letter to my wife explaining how I feel etc. not a text but like and actual letter/note etc. maybe you can start and he will follow. With or without stutter, I feel we can say things in a letter that are difficult to expresses in words or over texts.
