I tried it as an adult in its early years on the market. I couldn’t adapt it to my life at the time, I was working a sales/delivery job that was fast paced and often loud, and the speech easy didn’t quite work as planned for me. I think there is validity to the concept, and maybe using it sparingly like other commenters mentioned, might be more effective, like office meetings, presentations, etc I returned mine after a month or two. Not sure how the product evolved, but funny to think at the time I drove a couple of hours to some dudes house to get fitted… I was willing to try anything at the time!
