I’m prescribed benzos for stuttering and anxiety but it’s a double edge sword. I didn’t start stuttering really bad until my early 40’s so I’m fine with being on benzos the rest of my life if need be. If you’re young try stuttering therapy or something similar because benzos are a monkey on your back you don’t need if you can help it.
