I would buy a condo and feel free to practice my speech all day and then hit the bars,clubs,festivals and any social events to talk with people regularly. When i was working i was stressed out living paycheck to paycheck and didn't want to engage much with the customers for fear of unprofessionalism or taking up their time too much. And on my off days which was mostly 2 or 1 day I'd rest up and stay home from exhaustion. Now im unemployed but have no money to go out and im constantly stressed looking for work and I get even more stressed and anxious when i finally land a interview ( which btw is very hard to get as is). Money doesn't buy happiness but it most definitely buys lots of freedom and it makes me in a more happier therefor more engaging mood.
