Wow. This is exactly how I stutter too. I sometimes think having a r-r-r-repetition stutter would be easier because people would hear me talk and know I have a speech impediment. But because my stuttering is dumb and no sound comes out I think people just assume I'm a weird guy who avoids eye contact and doesn't talk much.
