Are all the girls you are talking to those that you would be interested in as being "you-know-what-I-mean-friends" with? Strike up conversations with women with whom you don't have ulterior motives. Take the you-know-what-I-mean factor out of the conversations. You're likely to grow as a person and get more comfortable talking to women.
