Contact universities with speech pathology programs. They should be a wealth of information and contacts. They'll be able to direct you to alumni, associates, etc. A quick google revealed that San Diego State University has a program. That was the closet program I found to LA in a one minute of web search. Who knows... University programs may offer services at a discounted rate. For instance, I have family members that save a ridiculous amount of money by going to the University of Michigan dental school.
