i used to stutter badly in high school, just made a free guide on what helped me hey everyone, i’m not a speech therapist or some expert, i’m just a guy who used to stutter *badly* — especially in high school. my lowest point was during a class presentation where i froze so hard people started laughing. felt like the whole room saw me as some broken robot. since then, i’ve spent the last few years working on myself and slowly figured out what actually helped me stutter less. and no, it wasn’t breathing exercises, expensive therapy, or fish oil pills. it was real lifestyle changes that improved my *self-esteem, anxiety,* and *confidence*. i put together a short, straight-to-the-point ebook about it, totally free (or pay what you want, but it’s $0 by default). not trying to get rich off this, just sharing what helped me in case it helps someone else too. I'll put the link in the comments. (if this isn’t allowed, mods feel free to remove) it covers stuff like: * how self-esteem affects your speech * how changing your environment made a huge difference * how hitting the gym gave me confidence i didn’t know i needed * how sleep + self-care played a huge role * and why focusing on overall self-improvement helped reduce anxiety and stuttering naturally even if it only helps one person here feel less alone or frustrated, it’s worth it. happy to answer any questions too. you’re not broken, you’re just in the middle of your story. you got this 🤝
