Sensitive to tone of voice?

Sensitive to tone of voice? I have heard that people with developmental stutters, have brain changes where the left hemisphere language centres compensate by migrating to the right side of the brain. I’ve also heard that tone and melody is processed in the right side of the brain. I often find myself particularly sensitive to a persons, tone of voice, whether they are genuine or sarcastic, etc.. I have sometimes wondered if this has anything to do with my own speech, impediment, or if it’s just my own personality, so I figured I would ask if any of you find yourself, uniquely, tuned in, or sensitive to tone of voice/intonation of others.
