Have you ever received any help or support? Speech therapy or learned breathing technique? Managing your fluency is something that will need to become a part of your every day life. I can sympathize with 'hiding' dysfluency with timing, changing words.. whatever.. I've found that this doesn't do anything but making communication harder and more stressful and that investing in long term management to be much more helpful. Where are you located?
