1. Keep the self-awareness experiments going. There’s a way through. At some point all this wondering will click and lead you onward in your stuttering journey. 2. I used to obsess as to sometimes I’m in “flow” and other times not. It was helpful to name the inverse to what happens when I would stutter, as that was what I was aiming for. Staying in abundance mindset always helps me. 3. One reason, your staying in your head of watching yourself. Have you explored meditation and the practice of letting go? As a human, the default mode for all of us is to gravitate to emotional certainty. Leaning towards our norm, even when it feels shitty. Stuttering by yourself is supporting your emotional norm. It’s like having a raggedy brown couch w springs popping through. Still brings comfort k owing it’s your couch. 4. In 2000 I did a month of fluency shaping and psychologically deconstructed -> reconstructed self under the guidance of Dr Adriana DiGrande, who was my guide for finally climbing Everest. I learned to slow down my speech to syllable to syllable prolongations and I would be able to never stutter especially by myself. Again, keep the experimenting going. The stutter is there to guide us. And we are all far more than our stutter!!!! Anyone. Who says other is choosing to stay in their brown raggedy couch. #stutterersoftheworldunite
