I agree but I have a small addition. You said: "it can be removed by replacing our stuttering experiences and traumas with the opposite - fluent speaking memories." So you need to see the cause and effect of stuttering. 1. First, we have **perceived stresses**: yes as you mentioned fear, but also 'acceptance of stuttering' like 'stuttering is a part of me' and if you used tricks/techniques then those will create additional ways your mind holds on and dwells on the stutter expectation. I'm basically saying, it's not always anxiety or fear, it can be 100 other kinds of thoughts. In my case, it's more the 'other kind like acceptance' and almost no fear and anxiety. 2. Secondly, we expect a stutter: we instruct ourselves to look for a stutter in our mind. So before we stutter, we are looking and then deciding a stutter. 3. Thirdly, result is we stutter. Step 1: You stated that we can approach fluency by replacing 'perceived stresses'. I agree. Step 2: I want to add that you can also *not* replace 'perceived stresses', but replace 'looking for a stutter in your mind' to cure stuttering. What is your opinion?
