I’m in college too and get hit with episodes where the words I want to say have a disagreement sometimes, so I let it run its course. Stuttering for me is the biggest mental game that took me years to overcome and once I changed my thinking process I became extremely efficient in talking. Start with self love and embrace the imperfections. No one is perfect and I know as people we interact by communication but I feel like if you can overcome the mental battle it makes life easier. People will judge you regardless, so why care what they think? Genuine people look past the “that person stutters” and look at you for you - being that in college I guarantee you will find atleast one person or multiple people who sees you like that. Now college is a period where you’re interacting with people daily so if you want to start making friends, I’d say start with people who are in your classes or by your dorm, walking up to people may make you anticipate your stutter and you may not want to deal with that. But overall keep a calm head, OP in the past you have shown really good fluency in the past so why stop now? If you achieved it in the past you are capable of doing it again and this can lead to a massive confidence boost
