Hello! I am a grounds maintenance guy for a steel mill. I cut grass, build retainer walks, paint the roads, water the roads to keep the dust down in the city etc. I have to talk to absolutely nobody but this wasn’t always my job at the mill. I have worked here 10 years and I have done many jobs. One of which was A LOT of talking on a radio where everybody could hear me. I was very hesitant to take that job because of my stutter but I absolutely refused to let my stutter stop a promotion.
